4. Scientifically proven results
RadiantMax uses the optimal 415 nm narrow band violet/blue light that reacts with intracellular photosensitizer coproporphyrin III producing singlet oxygen which destroys Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) within the skin, quickly and easily. Some competing phototherapy devices use lamps with spectrums starting from 405 nm (which is closer to UV), hence the incidence of skin darkening is higher. However, this does not occur with RadiantBlue. Moreover, concurrent use with RadiantRed LLLT stimulates anti-inflammatory processes & further lowers the incidence of skin darkening.
